Warding

Use the gear icon to toggle the playback speed in slow motion

Correct Call:	Ward. Offense player clearly creates separation and pushes the defender away.
For this NOT to be a penalty:	The free arm can come out, but can’t block or push the defender’s stick or body
Game Level:	This should be called at every level.

Correct Call:	Warding. Turnover, quick whistle. There is a slight separation gained, and the offensive player, is definitely pushing off with his free hand.
For this to not be a penalty:	Keep that free hand closer to the body, and not fully extending it.
Game Level:	This should be a ward at all levels.
